Incident Reported at 142nd Pl & Rockaway Blvd.-Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl and a 3-month-old girl. Police say the 16-year-old is Black and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red tank top. blue coat and was wearing red and white sneakers. She was pushing a stroller that held a 3-month-old. The infant was last seen wearing a pink snowsuit.
